Debbie Allen, known affectionately as Miss Debbie, is the talented pastry maker of Sweet Delights, purveyor of some of the best key lime pies in the world. She makes more than 25 varieties of key lime pies, which she mixes with local fruits such as mango and passion fruit, plus an assortment of other baked goods, like her popular love cake.
