The Alchemist - Aventura

What looks like something out of a Brothers Grimm story from the outside is actually a full-blown cafe inside. The adorable coffee shop is homey, to say the least, situated within a converted cottage. And just like a regular home, the Alchemist features various sitting rooms, different types of furniture and an overall eclectic feel that instantly draws you in. Unlike the other, more corporate places to caffeinate, lingering over a cup of a Joe is encouraged here. Grab a seat on one of the couches and sip on one of the signature cold-brew drinks, such as the bulletproof brew mixed with grass-fed ghee and coconut oil. Beyond drinks, Alchemist offers open-faced sandwiches (dubbed slicers on the menu), salads and even mini pizzas to snack on.
