Ploy’s thing is quick, clean and cheap—like really cheap. You can get a regular mani/pedi at this Bird Road salon for $25, just be sure to bring cash as credit cards aren’t accepted. Ploy won’t pore over your nails, but she will do a decent job of cleaning the cuticle and making sure to stay within the lines. The salon has those comfy, oversized pedicure chairs and a TV to keep finicky clients distracted and unable to micromanage their service.
