The Arsht Center hosts a free celebration of arts and wellness complete with interactive installations, immersive 3D mapping, theater, yoga, dance and more experiences designed to connect the mind, body and soul. The day will feature performances, presentations and hands-on workshops led by Miami artists and art therapists, plus a community marketplace where cultural, health and wellness organizations and artists will showcase their offerings. This family-friendly event takes place entirely indoors. Free with RSVP
