For the first time ever—and because it’s so effing hot outside—Miami’s largest outdoor food court will host a night market at its Wynwood location. Following lively Chinese New Year and AAPI celebrations, Smorgasburg Miami’s Asian Street Food Festival pays homage to the bustling nighttime food markets that operate in Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and beyond.
In addition to its regular Asian vendors, guest spots will include desserts from Stephanie’s Asian Crepes, Vietnamese street food from Yen’s Kitchen, Peking duck from Land n Sea and more. You’ll also have the chance to partake in cultural workshops like ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement) led by Akiko Awata and origami with Miyuki Saito, plus breakdancing and taiko drumming performances. The market kicks off on Friday night with a special Asian street food activation at Smorgasburg’s Lincoln Road location.
