B-side x ATLA Pop-Up at 1-800-Lucky

Two East Coast power chefs, James Beard semifinalist Valerie Chang (chef/co-owner of B-Side at 1-800-Lucky) and Marisol Corona (chef de cuisine of NYC hotspot ATLA) come together for a collaborative a-la-carte menu at this one-night-only pop-up. Helmed by world-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera (chef/owner of Mexico City-based Pujol), ATLA serves up contemporary Mexican fare in New York's trendy NoHo neighborhood. The one-off Nikkei-Mexican dishes cleverly blend flavors from each cuisine, like striped bass with bergamot Koshō, tuna with nopal, fried egg with crispy anchovies and salsa matcha. The exciting tag-team goes live on Tuesday, November 8 from 6pm until close at B-Side inside 1-800-Lucky.
