Beethoven on the Beach

For its annual free concert series on the beach, Orchestra Miami hosts special guest soloist, cellist Thor Sigurdson, who will perform the classic Haydn Cello Concerto N. 1 in C Major, Hob.VIIb:1. Also on the program is Mozart's Symphony N. 25 in G Major, K. 183, and Haydn's Symphony N. 1 in D Major, Hob I:1. The 30 musicians of Orchestra Miami will be led by Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi. Beethoven on the Beach begins on Friday, February 28 at Miami Beach Bandshell, with subsequent performances on Saturday, March 1 at the Banyan Bowl in Pinecrest Gardens and Sunday, March 2 at Gateway Park in Sunny Isles Beach.
