Little Havana's legendary and recently reincarnated Hoy Como Ayer live music club continues to impress with its eclectic lineup of Latin music breakouts and powerhouses. On Saturday, July 19th, the club welcomes to its stage Afro-Cuban artist Brenda Navarrete, an acclaimed singer, percussionist and one of the few badass women to rock the sacred batá drums. Known for her hyptonic performances that fuse Afro-Cuban rhythms with modern sounds, Navarrete will also perform her new single, "Iyalodde," for the intimate crowd.
