Festival of Chocolate at Fairchild Garden

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden dedicates two full days to the beloved cocoa bean for this long-running annual event. The main star of the show—if you couldn’t guess—is chocolate. Don’t miss your opportunity to taste samples from artisan chocolatiers, indulge in chocolate pairings with wine and spirits, sit in on lectures and participate in all sorts of sweet demonstrations.

For the 2026 edition, sample and shop handcrafted chocolates from master chocolatiers featuring truffles, chocolate bars, bonbons and specialty sweets made by local and international makers. There's also a build-your-own chocolate bar station, chocolate-and-bourbon flights and the world-famous Choco Choco ChooChoo for the kiddos, among other delights.
