What happens when two of the East Coast's most creative young chefs put their heads together in a Miami kitchen? Funky, fun and seasonally driven dishes like a "Cheeze-Itz" made with foie and cheddar, mussel escabeche toast, whole roasted Dorade and passionfruit coconut profiterole, to name a few. For one night only, Chef Amanda Shulman of Her Place Supper Club Philadelphia pops up at Maty's for a pre-fixe dinner in collaboration with Chef Valerie Chang. (The two met this past fall in New York honoring the 2023 Food and Wine Best New Chef Class.) Expect six courses with two Coconut Cartel cocktails crafted by Jillian Moore of My Loup, Shulman's other Philly restaurant concept.
