Time Out says

Step back into the 1920s this Halloween weekend at ZOI, the new modern Mediterranean restaurant recently opened in the historic coral pumphouse in the MiMo District. Located in a 1923 landmark, ZOI's Prohibition Halloween will offer an upscale Mediterranean dining experience alongside live burlesque shows, speakeasy cocktails, hookah and music by Groovecat and Makheamusic. Dressing up is encouraged: Think Roaring Twenties, Peaky Blinders, flappers and gangsters. Prepaid reservations ($25 per person) include a complimentary glass of champagne and hand-rolled cigars. Dinner is additional.
