On Friday, food journalist and author Katie Parla hosts a pizza party in honor of her forthcoming cookbook, Food of the Italian South: Classic, Lost and Disappearing Dishes. It all goes down at Stanzione 87, where you’ll get to preview the tome over appetizers and wine.
