Time Out says

If there's one thing Miami summers are made for besides the heat, it's mango season — and Fairchild's annual Mango Festival is the best excuse to lean into it. Every June, the garden transforms into a two-day celebration of the fruit that defines South Florida summers, with tastings of rare and hard-to-find cultivars, chef demos, cooking classes, lectures, and whole mangoes to take home by the bagful. General admission gets you access to the full festival grounds, mango tastings, the rare tree sale, and educational seminars from Fairchild's mango specialists. You can upgrade your ticket for access to the Mango Fresco lounge, a premium experience led by Chef Isamar Leal with chef-guided tastings and a handcrafted mango smoothie (an alcoholic mango pairing package is also available). Don't miss the Sunday Mango Brunch, a seated meal featuring South Florida chefs like Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea, Zak Stern of Zak the Baker, and Timon Balloo of The Katherine. And the Mango Spectrum, a 45-minute guided tasting pairing fresh, freeze-dried, and chocolate mango expressions with Matiari Tequila, Bacoo Rum, and KAMM chocolate, runs three sessions each day.
