The ladies of Grape Crush, “your girl’s favorite wine pop-up,” take over the Joliet’s poolside oasis Thursdays through Sundays this spring. The effervescent somms Mari Dalmau and Maca Carrillo seem to create a natty wine-fueled party wherever they go.
