Miami-born rapper Denzel Curry returns to the 305 for another edition of his quirky Red Bull-backed rap battle/wrestling throwdown at Magic City Innovation District. Previous fights saw the Carol City native duke it out with NYC’s underground collective Flatbush Zombies and brought out a turned-up crowd of devoted rap heads. This time, Curry goes head to head with Atlanta rapper J.I.D for five rounds. The 18+ battle of showmanship and lyricism is prefaced by a series of high-engery wrestling bouts pitting together a handful of local fighters.
