Upland Chef Kitchen Counter Dinner Experience

One of our favorite Miami Beach by way of NYC spots hosts its famed executive chef Justin Smillie for a weekend of intimate Chef Kitchen Counter dinners during which guests can score an up-close and personal view as their meals are prepared from start to finish. Enjoy a five-course menu highlighting the chef’s passion for fresh produce and eye for the next trending ingredients. Vegetable and seafood-forward dishes will include crispy artichokes, tuna crudo, grilled duck salad and a whole barbecued fish platter, among others.
