Miami’s supercool urban park and trail the Underline hosts the second of seven free chakra-themed yoga sessions slated for the new year. Located at the upper part of the belly, the sacral chakra is the body’s center of flexibility, flow and sensuality. During this hour-long class at Brickell City Centre (Level 4, Block C, above Luna Park), instructor Anny Noratto guides in an exploration of this chakra’s principles of emotion and creativity. All ages and levels are invited to participate and stay after class to browse the mall, with all yogis eligible for a 50% parking discount.
