The last week at Time Out Market Montréal has been absolutely fantastic, and we’re only just getting started. Thousands upon thousands of hungry visitors—locals and tourists alike—have been pouring in from all over with an appetite for the best in the city. That’s why we wanted to dig out the ol’ IG photo album and look back on what an awesome time we all had while looking forward to the weeks to come.

Hearing about it just now? Let’s bring you up to speed: Last week on November 14th, we opened Canada’s first Time Out Market in the Centre Eaton de Montréal, right in the heart of downtown. It’s a brand new cultural and culinary destination which, at 40,000 square feet, hosts an amazing roster of 16 chefs and restaurants, a demo kitchen, a cooking school, pop-ups for arts and culture and a retail space, all under one roof.

The response has been massive, and we’re happy to keep feeding Montréal with food from the market’s stellar eateries. Here’s a walk down memory lane for those of you who checked out the latest and greatest thing to happen in the city core, and a chance to see what you’re missing out on if you haven’t been yet.

As I continue to edit and recap the delicious photos I’ve taken from @timeoutmarketmontreal This particular photo is one that deserves the full spotlight. Meet, Nick. One of the two faces behind @cremeriedallarose which now you can scream for some ice cream at the @timeoutmarketmontreal I may not be a frequent customer of @cremeriedallarose but I truly do have a soft spot for their passion, dedication, and quality they put into their ice cream. They use fewer ingredients, but better quality ingredients and superb results. They also have a strong focus in using local and seasonal ingredients, such as their summer fresh strawberry ice cream. An all year around flavour is their coconut and chocolate, which is a glorious match with their Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. You know me, I will get my hands on anything with those beautiful specks of vanilla! These guys have a great deal of talent and kindness that you can see and taste it in their ice cream. I may not see Nick often enough, which makes its more exiting when I do see him by coincidence. To this day he continues to remember my name, and charm me with his smile and irresistible ice cream of theirs. This is by no means any ad or promoting them. This is me showing my love and support for our hard working local businesses. A huge thank you again to Nick for your kind generosity, taking the time to briefly chit chat about what else, food! Posing for this photo and treating my tummy and I for this ice cream. You truly made me smile from ear to ear with just milk, cream, and eggs. Oh and your charm, of course! But you knew that. 😂 Thanks again! 🙋‍♀️🙏💙 - - #icecream #montrealfood #foodie #instafood #instagood #chocolate #notanadvertisement #mtlmoments #thismtl #montrealfood #montrealphotographer #iphoneonly #ig_great_pics #instagood #yelpmtl #montrealmoments #montreal #foodporn #dessertporn #montrealmoments #foodphotography #foodvsco #livemtl #livemontreal #narcitycanada #narcitymontreal #montréaljetaime #montrealfood #thismtl #vscocam #photography #photographer #canada #dishedmtl #visitmtl
