What is the Olympic Q-Series?

The Olympic Q-Series is a multi-sport qualification event held in compact, festival-style urban venues, showcasing elite-level competition.

First introduced for Paris 2024, the format featured two stops in Shanghai and Budapest, where athletes qualified in BMX freestyle, breaking, skateboarding and sport climbing.

A total of 158 athletes secured their places at the Paris Games through the series.
