Antonio Park won't be taking the helm of Maison Boulud, but activating a novel sushi experience out of the Ritz-Carleton's Palm Court. "It's a partnership with the Ritz, so there is no link with Maison Boulud," Park said in an interview with Time Out Montreal.
From September 24 to October 24, Thursdays to Saturdays from noon to 9pm, guests can reserve seats inside the prestigious Palm Court or at the opulent Salon Ovale for services of nigiri, sashimi and maki that have made the restaurant and chef, Park, a celebrity in the Montreal restaurant scene.

The pop-up restaurant may be located within some seriously fancy digs, but the price point is reasonable when considering high-class service and quality: With nigiri ranging from $12 to $25 for two pieces and makis going from $18 to $25 for four morcels, the menu gives a good indication of the quality of the products and the know-how of the chef. Definitely worth a trip for a light lunch, glamorous aperitif or a full evening downtown.
