Vancouver’s dining scene is about to level up.

Time Out Market Vancouver has officially revealed its full line-up ahead of its big opening at Oakridge Park on May 28, 2026 — and it’s going to be one of the city’s most ambitious food destinations yet.

Bringing together 20 kitchens under one roof, the Market will showcase a curated mix of acclaimed chefs, cult neighbourhood favourites and rising culinary talent.

The result: a high-energy, all-day dining hub designed for grazing, sipping and discovering something new at every turn.

The final wave of vendors adds serious firepower to the roster.

For dessert lovers, Beaucoup Bakery Café delivers French technique with Asian influence — from Hong Kong-inspired kouign-amann to a decadent Peking duck toastie.

The bakery is also launching an exclusive concept for the Market: Beaucoup Creamery, Dessert Bar, centred around butter-soft soft serve and over-the-top toppings.

At the centre of the Market, Time Out Express acts as a fast-stop hub featuring zero-proof cocktails, kombuchas, grab-and-go bites and guest services for everything from questions to gift cards.

It’s designed as a flexible social anchor point within the larger food experience — part bar, part café, part meet-up spot.

Is Time Out Market worth visiting?

Simply put, Time Out Market Vancouver showcases the best food the city has to offer.

The new vendors join an already stacked lineup that includes Peacock from Vikram Vij, Via Tevere, Kishimoto, Santo Taco, Heritage Asian Eatery, Mello, Boba Run, Feenie’s by Chef Rob Feenie, Mee Bar from Chanthy Yen, Lunch Lady, MaKaam from Baan Lao, DownLow Chicken and Barnacle by Bar Bravo.

Beyond food, the Market will roll out a year-round program of live music, DJ sets, wine tastings, book events, cooking demos, watch parties and family-friendly programming — making it as much a cultural space as a dining destination.

Spanning 51,000 square feet, Time Out Market Vancouver brings together 18 kitchens, three bars, a dedicated dessert concept, coffee offerings and multiple event spaces.

With around 1,000 seats and a pet-friendly patio overlooking a public park, the space is designed for communal dining, spontaneous drop-ins and long, lingering meals.

Open kitchens put chefs at the centre of the experience, turning every visit into a front-row seat to the action.

What is Time Out Market?
