Savant Vintage, a decade on 12th Avenue South, is one of the first stores to the 12th South District. For those ten years our goal has been to change how vintage is perceived and received.
Historically, vintage stores have been kitschy, or costumey, full of harsh polyesters and unwearble fabrics. We are none of those. Good vintage is timeless with fabrics and textiles only the best designers seek to copy. That's where we come in....We do vintage differently.. And all is acquired locally, truly vintage (no crafty remakes)and not a 'made in China' label to be found.
Our customers come from all over the globe and we hear almost daily, "it is THE best selection". We have women's, men's and some kids.....we also offer accessories and furnishings. ... All in a two story cottage original to the area..
Maybe it's for those reasons, VOGUE, December 2012, Style issue, names Savant Vintage Nashville's best vintage store.
