Kate Cropp, NP IBCLC will be with us to discuss ways to establish a breastfeeding relationship after a cesarean surgery, as well as show varied breastfeeding positions for comfortable nursing postpartum.

Who Should Come: Anyone interested in healthy pregnancy, birth, and recovery is welcome to attend, including doulas and other birth professionals. **While childcare is not provided, children with quiet toys and babes-in-arms are welcome.**

What to Bring: As always, ICANoN's monthly meetings are FREE, but please bring a box of tissues, toilet paper, or paper towels to donate to Blooma Nashville Yoga for letting us use their beautiful space!
