Sponsored by the Metro Human Relations Commission and Scarritt Bennett Center, this intentional time has been developed in a response to the question: “How do we incorporate more compassion into our personal and professional lives?” During our time together, we will explore and share with one another the best practices around discovering, cultivating, and sustaining compassion in our lives and communities. Components of the monthly program will include showcasing and highlighting the compassionate work of local organizations, hosting key speakers on various themes of the human experience including education, healthcare, business, faith, etc. and featuring music, dialogue, round table discussions, and more! All are welcome to join in this intentional gathering of community. Cultivating Compassion is an initiative of the Compassionate Nashville Campaign and is held on the third Thursdays of every month.
