City Winery Nashville will be hosting and collaborating with KLD Farms to bring a one-of-a-kind four course dinner. With KLD Farms being voted “Best Small Farmer In All Of Tennessee”, our executive chef Kristin Beringson has curated a menu that perfectly exemplifies their array of locally sourced ingredients.

The featured menu is as follows:

KLD farm "burger"
Sesame seed profiterole, house pickle relish, sundried tomato aioli, muenster, pea shoot
Paired with: Domaine Chandon Etoile Brut Rose

Course 1
Pork neck and confited shallot soup Kenny's Kentucky blue cheese, truffled asparagus salad
Paired with: City Winery Two Rivers Chardonnay

Course 2
Braised oxtail tart, Norwood cheddar, red pear relish, sorrel, fig and balsamic reduction
Paired with: Xavier Cote du Rhone

Course 3
Pan roasted strip loin, New potato and mustard seed puree, baby carrot, porcini mushroom jus, horseradish zest
Paired with: Lagar de Bezana Cabernet Sauvignon

Course 4
Smoke bone marrow and vanilla bean ice cream, bourbon cherries, candied jowl bacon elephant ear cookie
