Join Erin Pauling and Urban Green Lab for an evening of Sustainable Fitness. Erin will encourage you to see exercise in a whole new light, giving useful tips on exercise approaches, routines, and the different things you can buy (or choose not buy) to start - and sustain- your own fitness routine.

Wear appropriate clothes: movement will be involved! We will be doing some easy and engaging exercises to add to your repertoire.

When: Thursday June 18 - 6:00 PM
Where: Centennial Park Pavilion (near the playground)

Erin Pauling is a natural approach Health and Lifestyle Coach and Team Green Adventure leader. In her practice, she focuses on psychology and behavior change, helping people see that it's not just what they do, but how and why they do it. She holds a psychology degree, completed the Wellcoaches' Health & Wellness Coach program, and is certified as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, life coach, and green living coach. While her education background is important, her greatest lessons have come through listening to her body and heart, letting go of some generic ideas of what "me, my health, and my life" should look like. Her ultimate desire is to support you in improving your health, relationships, and world- to help yourself, help others, and help the planet.
