Open Rehearsal With Barthold Kuijken says
The music of the French Baroque is some of the most beautiful and haunting ever written. This unique style can also be one of the most challenging to perform, with a style that is demanding both technically and intellectually.

This March, Music City Baroque, in partnership with the Nashville Symphony, will host the world-renowned Baroque flautist Barthold Kuijken for an open rehearsal. He will share with musicians and audience alike aspects of French Baroque style, touching on the ideals that were important to the composers as well as the finer points of performance practice.

Tuesday, March 21, 7:00 p.m.
