To bring more variety of movement to your schedule, join us for Saturday Switch: A Rotating Movement Class!

These regular drop-in classes are designed to supplement your regular schedule with specific and different movement classes every week!

Week 1: Specialized Stretch -
A pointed stretch class designed to supplement our regular Strong Stretch classes!

Week 2: Choreography Counts! -
Join Shan for the new movement accompaniment to her Choreography lecture. After warm up, you will learn a short choreography to run at different tempos to three different musical selections.

Week 3: Specialty Movement -
In an effort to keep some of your favorite classes more available to you, we will be rotating a different specialty class designed to help you expand your movement vocabulary.

Week 4: Intermediate Movement -
NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Once a month we want to up the challenge for our intermediate movers. Join us for an hour of faster paced versions of our signature Booty Burn, Chair Dance, and Floorwerk classes.

March Schedule:
3/4: I Got Your Back with Meghan
This all levels stretch class will focus on opening all areas of the back. We will concentrate on poses for decompressing the spine, opening thoracic region, chest, shoulders and more. Join Meggie for an hour of back stretching.

3/11: Choreography Counts! with Shan de Leers -
The movement portion of Shan's choreography lecture, this class is designed to help you craft your own by learning to change tempo! After warm up, you will learn a short combo to then put to three different tempos, the counts stay the same when the music changes!

3/18: The Movable Body with Evelyn Vinyl
Get in on an hour of exercises with Evelyn focused on increasing and maintaining range of motion. Class will include balance exercises, and improvement tips for some of your standard exercises to maximize your effort. This is a fitness class designed to help you better understand your body, and then put that knowledge into action.

3/25: Intermediate Booty Burn with Kitana Louise
Join Kitana for a faster-paced version of our rumptastic Booty Burn class. This is NOT a beginner class, BUTT for those familiar with hip, glute, and core control built in previous classes. Join Debs GRINDuate Kitana Louise for an hour of booty werk!
