Blooma Nashville Yoga says
How you feed is as important as what foods you offer. Dr. Rowell will review typical growth, feeding and development so you can know if you need more help, and importantly know how to not makes things worse! We’ll talk about Baby-Led-Weaning, common blips and pitfalls, how to prepare for the typical picky eating phase and not lose your mind in the process. Many parents are working really hard to try to get their children to eat healthy foods, and some of that work backfires. It’s not easy to feed small children well, but it doesn’t have to be so hard! Plenty of time for Q and A.
