Swing On The Hill says
Last month's dance was so much fun, we're doing it again! Music lovers and swing dancers, you are in for a treat. Live music by the Eric Heveron-Smith Band will keep your toes tapping all night long.

How could this get any better? All proceeds go to support The Cookery. In The Cookery kitchen, head chefs Brett and Terry instill culinary crafts to select homeless individuals in order to prepare them for employment in Nashville’s food industry. Oh and bring a couple extra bucks! Snacks from The Cookery will be on sale, and they are delicious.

Wish you knew how to swing dance? Want to brush up? Come to the beginner lesson. It’s included in your ticket!

Date: Saturday April 18, 2015
Where: Woodmont Hills Church :3710 Franklin Rd. in the Great Hall (You’ll see lights, signs and balloons showing you where to go.)
Beginner lesson: 7:00-8:00
Dancing to live music: 8:00-11:00
Cost: $10 or $5 with student ID

What to wear: Anything goes! You can come casual in jeans and a t-shirt, or dress it up with twirly skirts and bow ties. The most important thing is that you wear comfortable shoes with as little traction as possible. You want to be able to slide around the dance floor, so your brand new tennis shoes might not be the best option.

Volunteers get in free. If you would like to volunteer, send us a private message or email us at nashvilledancing@gmail.com. There are limited spaces for volunteers, so you must register in advance.
