The event creator says
Last Dance indoor til September. We'll be spending every Saturday during the summer at Centennial Park swinging out to some awesome live bands, in the open air. Come on out! It's free!

Here are the Deets for May's dance though:

You're invited to Swing on the Hill, a monthly dance that benefits The Cookery and promises to keep you on the dance floor for hours.

Live Band: Patton James! What? What!

Date: Saturday May 6, 2017
Where: Woodmont Hills Church :3710 Franklin Pike, Nashville TN 37204
Beginner lesson: 7:00-7:30 pm
Intermediate Lesson: 7:30-8:00 pm
Dancing: 8:00-11:00 pm
Tickets: $10, $5 with student or military ID. See below for volunteering information

What to wear: The most important thing is that you wear comfortable shoes with as little traction as possible. You want to be able to slide around the dance floor, so your brand new tennis shoes might not be the best option.

Rules: (1.) Have Fun! (2) It's ok to ask anyone to dance. (3) It's ok to say 'no'.

All proceeds go to support The Cookery. In The Cookery kitchen, head chef Brett instills culinary crafts to select homeless individuals in order to prepare them for employment in Nashville’s food industry.

Volunteers get in free. If you would like to volunteer, send us a private message or email us at nashvilledancing@gmail.com. There are limited spaces for volunteers, so you must register in advance.
