Vanderbilt Performing Arts Community says
Escape your end of semester grind and connect stories between generations.

Come enjoy the live stories of beautifully aged women as VPAC groups perform their vibrant life experiences. Share your own story at the Story Booth and meet the living treasures who share their wisdom right here on campus. Ask them anything! They’ll be sharing their genealogies, paintings, clay sculptures, and lots of laughs.

Performances by VOP, VOB, Original Cast, Momentum, VUT

The Wisdom of the Elders event encourages inter-generational interaction between community and campus through innovation and interactivity. Voices From Our Americaincreases understanding of international history and narrative in the Americas through the lens of African American citizens.

Sponsored by Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center; Vanderbilt English Department; Vanderbilt Performing Arts Council; Curb Center for Art, Enterprise, and Public Policy.
