Join us for a night under the stars for Emeril Lagasse Foundation's Boudin, Bourbon & Beer, featuring 50 of the nation's best chefs!

Emeril Lagasse Foundation is excited to announce that St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Elle King, Sweet Crude and The Silverado Pickups will take the stage at this year’s Boudin, Bourbon & Beer at Champions Square on Friday, Nov. 13.

Performances are scheduled at the following times:

Silverado Pickups – 6 p.m.
Sweet Crude – 7 p.m.
Elle King – 8 p.m.
St. Paul and the Broken Bones – 9:30 p.m.

One of the region’s top food and music festivals, Boudin, Bourbon & Beer will showcase more than 50 chefs from around the country preparing their own style of Louisiana-inspired boudin dishes. Some of the country’s most renowned chefs, including Cory Bahr, Jeff Henderson, Justin Devillier, Kristen Essig, John Currence, Chris Shepherd, and more, will join Emeril Lagasse along with honorary co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Mario Batali. Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2015 will also include open bars featuring a selection of craft beers, premium spirits, fine wines, as well as cigars, a silent auction and merchandise, from the following sponsors.

Abita Beer: flagship and seasonal beers, special cask selections and surprise brews.
Buffalo Trace: specialty bourbon cocktails and “neat” pours.
Nat Sherman: cigar tastings
Wines from Au Bon Climat, Justin Vineyards & Winery and Landmark Vineyards.

Tickets to Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2015 are on sale for $99 and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Ticket price includes all food, beverage and live entertainment.
