It's that time again for the dressy-casual 16th Annual Purple Party Easter Grand Marshals Reception on Saturday, March 28, at the Double Play, 439 Dauphine Street. It runs from 8-11pm with a $10 door donation. Proceeds benefit Gay Easter Parade/Food For Friends. Also celebrating Chuck & Bill’s 44th Anniversary the evening features a buffet, show, raffles, prizes and auctions.
MCs will be GEP Board’s Tony Leggio and Opal Masters, with great entertainment by Tony D. from the Gulf Coast, Easter Grand Marshals XVI Johnny Passion and Deja Deja-Vue’, Princess Stephaney, Coca Mesa, and Klorocks Bleachman.
The numerous auctions include the Big Purple Easter Basket worth over $500, and “Ruling the Nest Springtime” Faux Faberge Egg (donated by EGM VII Rona Conners). #gayeasterparade #gayneworleans #ambushmag
