Join us this Monday night Oct 17th to honor and support Chef Carl Schaubhut. There are many of us who are lucky enough to know and love Carl. He is the source of immeasurable joy and compassion in this world. Even in the face of devastating circumstances, as he fights for his life, he is a force of pure integrity and the epitome of resiliency and spirit. We will come together setting an intention of healing vibrations and faith for Carl this Monday night 6-7 pm at Longue Vue House and Gardens. Mark Berger and Brigitte Martin will move you through a one hour yoga practice focused on breathe and love. The suggested donation is $12. Join us after class at 7:30pm at Mizado Latin Kitchen for drinks and tapas. A percent of the proceeds will go to Carl and his family.
