The Sagrada Familia is one of the world’s most fascinating religious buildings. Architect Antoni Gaudi’s masterpiece might still be unfinished (that’s due for 2026, well over a century after it was started) but it’s one of Barcelona’s biggest and busiest sights, attracting a whopping three million visitors every year.

Everyone wants to see the Sagrada Familia – but what if you could get to experience one of the world’s most iconic landmarks like no one else? Well, that’s exactly what’s on offer thanks to the experience platform GetYourGuide. As part of a series called ‘Originals by GetYourGuide’, visitors will get the chance to win a highly-exclusive after-hours tour of the cathedral.

And that isn’t all. The tour will be led by none other than the Sagrada Familia’s head organist, Juan de la Rubia, who will also choose compositions to soundtrack the experience. It’s often said that the Sagrada Familia’s odd shapes and curves are designed to be one big musical instrument – and who better than de la Rubia to make the most of those acoustics? It’ll all happen at sunset, so that a light show plays out through the stained glass windows.

GetYourGuide’s exclusive after-hours tours of the Sagrada Familia will take place on July 3, July 10 and August 4. They’ll be free – you can find out how to get tickets here.

Did you see that you could get paid over €80,000 to move to an Irish island?
