Concealed behind a little red door at the end of a courtyard is the superb L MD Gallery. Owner Laetitia Delorme’s exciting programme brings together both French and international art, as well as both emerging and established artists. For most of those on display at the gallery, it’s the first time they’ve displayed their work on French soil. Recent standouts include Swedish artist Kristina Bength’s watercolours, as well as the beguiling creations of Franco-Israeli-Swedish artist Bina Baitel. Although she spends a considerable chunk of her time in London promoting English artists, Delorme still champions artists with regular exhibits and residencies at this Paris address.
