Les Etés de la Danse: Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

America's world-renowned Alvin Ailey company  - credited with popularising modern dance over the course of more than half a century - returns to Paris' Théâtre du Châtelet with 28 different shows, including 15 ballets, several of which are new works by the troupe's fêted new artistic director Robert Battle. Also look out for Ailey's hauntingly beautiful classic 'Revelations', first performed in 1960.
