Starting out in 2007 as a music blog set up by Clement Meyer and his mates, Get the Curse has since morphed into a major French electro label, signing the likes of Low Jack and Le Loup to its ever-increasing roster of producing talent. Its latest project is Odd Frenquencies: a monthly radio broadcast that draws the dots between old and new dance music, taking in everything from New Wave to deep house. The show is only a few months old, and the label is putting on a night at the Gaîté Lyrique to promote it – so head over on Dec 13 to catch its best artists, headlined by Meyer himself.
