When? May 5 - May 13, 2017
What? Paris's second dedicated craft beer festival.
Where? Beer-friendly venues across Paris.

For one brilliant beery week a year, Paris's beerocrats take control of venues throughout the city to promote their latest artisanal ales and impart the secrets of their trade. Bars and beer boutiques across Paris will be hosting a barrelful of beer-themed events, from tasting sessions to workshops and documentary screenings, before an amateur brewing competition closes the festival. Cheers!

Welcome to Biérocratie, a stone's throw from the Butte aux Cailles, this cheerful boutique is dedicated to beer, beer and more beer. It offers a fine selection sourced from far and near; including Belgian and French (even Parisian), plus craft and micro brewed beers. But if you step into this independent cellar hoping to leave with a Leffe or Chimay under your arm, think again.

You make yourself a coffee in the morning, so why not make your own beer in the evening? This is more or less the thinking behind Brew Unique, “brew-master” Michael Gilmore’s DIY beer concept. It all started in 2015 when Mike took over a former Sentier boutique, renovating it in the style of a cooking workshop.
