For twenty years, the LGBT Chéries-Chéris festival has succeeded in delivering a varied and eclectic selection of films charged with gender theory. This year the chosen films, features and documentaries discuss same-sex relationships and homophobia from a range of angles and in a range of contexts. Come and witness stories of sex change, tumultuous same-sex romance, transsexuality and political struggles for LGBT people around the world. Twenty films by directors including Larry Clark, Travis Finen or Abel Ferrera are being projected at the MK2 Bibliothèque and Beaubourg [hyperlink] from November 25 to December 2. English language highlights of the festival include 'God Loves Uganda', 'Age of Consent' and 'Tongues Untied' [hyperlinks]. Check out the full programme here.
