You walk up a winding garden path to get to this museum, founded by Jean Dubuffet, wine merchant and master of art brut. The foundation ensures that a fair body of his works is accessible to the public. There's a changing display of Dubuffet's lively drawings, paintings and sculptures, as well as models of the architectural sculptures from the Hourloupe cycle.
The foundation also looks after the Closerie Falballa, the 3D masterpiece of the Hourloupe cycle, housed at Périgny-sur-Yerres, east of Paris.
