Multi-instrumentalist Andrew Bird is bringing his annual winter ‘Gezelligheid’ tour to Paris. The name translates to ‘extra, extra cosy’ in Dutch, an atmosphere Bird encourages at the intimate performances in which he aims to uplift listeners before entering the dark winter. Expect a reworking of his impressive back catalogue with a heavy emphasis on violin, an instrument he’s been playing since he was four.
