Paris-based Canadian Chilly Gonzales made his name as a velour tracksuit-clad comedy rapper; nowadays he’s viewed as a thoroughly postmodern, all-round entertainer.

Charming psych folk songstress/harpist Steer is one of our tips for 2013, and so far she's more than justifying that choice as her gigs keep getting bigger. Her brilliantly eccentric third album 'The Moths Are Real' (January 2013) was produced by Jarvis Cocker.
