Celebrating 20 years in the music industry with a new album 'Vers Les Lueurs', Dominique A has always stuck firmly to the French language in his Bashung-influenced, self-penned rock tracks. By no means in thrall to the charts, he prefers concept albums with their internal coherence – but two tracks have neverthless helped his profile, 'Le Twenty-Two Bar' and 'Le Courage des Oiseaux'.
