If the closure of Pulp momentarily took the wind out of the sails of the capital's Lesbian scene, the ballsy Barbi(e)turix crew are sending a hurricane its way. The collective, already renowned for their militant webzine, is now busy making a name for itself in clubbing; the chick-centric Les Femmes s'en Mêlent festival is a natural setting for their latest event, which brings the likes of Dominique Young Unique, Gnucci and Linkoban to La Machine du Moulin Rouge.
