Paul Van Haver rides into 2014 on a stream of awards, critical accolades and dancefloor hits – notably 2010's 'Alors on danse' – that do full justice to his sobriquet (a colloquial inversion of 'Maestro'). The Brussels-based singer-producer's unorthodox mix of house and hip-hop has found its niche; his newest tracks see him experimenting with more nuanced songwriting, alternately sarcastic ('Dodo'), romantic ('Te quiero') and spiritual ('House'llelujah'). As with James Blake a couple of years back, he's moving so fast that it's hard to keep track. Who knows what he'll be giving the crowd at Le Zénith?
