La Salle Gaveau was built at the start of the 20th century as a theatre for chamber music. Its auditorium, with its perfect acoustics and sumptuous grey and gold interior, has hosted the most prestigious ensembles. Today, its ever-growing programme includes classical concerts, musicals and a sprinkling of comedy productions. For the first time ever, La Salle Gaveau is also offering an entire programme for children. This takes place one Sunday a month with a musical performance followed by a practical workshop called ‘Osez la musique’.
