Christophe Vasseur won the Gault-Millau prize for Best Bakery. Among his specialities are Le Rabelais - pain brioché with saffron, honey and nuts; and Le Pagnol aux Pommes, a bread studded with royal gala apple (skin on), raisins and orange flower water.
