La Créole

A lively restaurant in Paris’ Montparnasse, La Creole is a family run restaurant celebrating the very best of Creole cuisine. It isn’t just the food that has an exotic flavour though, everything from atmosphere to styling to friendly service is very much of the French Caribbean tradition. Décor is refined but rustic, hinting perhaps at the interior of a Cuban mansion in its choice of cane furnishings, patterned wallpaper and bright conservatory area surrounded by tall greenery. Popular with everyone from local families – Sunday brunch includes cartoons for kids - to politicos and artists, La Creole has long been a fixture on the local scene with the typically spicy Creole food the ideal precursor to a night on downstairs’ dance floor.
